From 1 November 2018, the National HPV Vaccination Program Register (HPV Register) ceased accepting HPV vaccination records. Vaccination providers should now submit HPV vaccination records to the Australian Immunisation Register, operated by the Commonwealth Department of Human Services.

Historical HPV immunisation records have been transferred from the HPV Register to the Australian Immunisation Register.
